Habits are tough as well as easy to install. Sometimes, we keep doing things sub-consciously/consciously and without even realising the routines get installed as habits.

Sometimes, we make conscious efforts to get new routines developed. However, consistent efforts to keep doing what is needed, may not be there. It needs Will to do what is needed, come what may. Whether we are feeling down, perturbed, disturbed, sick or any other situation – the routine should happen. This controls the mental chatter – the tendency of mind to devise hundred new ways to not install a new routine. Once installed, keep a watch – old routines may come back if allowed – ‘Old habits die hard!’
