The ‘Noise cancellation’ headsets are increasingly becoming popular. People detest loud, troubling noises while they listen to music, calls or converse. They even wear them just to avoid the noise around.

Can we do it in our lives? We are bombarded with this ‘noise’ in everything we do. While with one task, our mind gets distracted towards a few more (multitasking!). While with one thought, our mind keeps thinking of several others from the past or the future. This noise needs to be cancelled intentionally to make us better ,efficient and relaxed in what we think and do. Again, practice is the key as we do not have that instrument to wear and cancel this noise.
