What really differentiates a mediocre performer with a high performer? In other words, what is the paradigm of mediocrity?

Here are some of the key differentiators:

  • They love to talk about others, their happenings, happiness of others’ lives or their criticism

  • They want more rest and leisure. It is not that to rest is bad but in moderation. Instead of investing their time in achieving knowledge, learning from others and building one self, they would love to watch tv, play video games or be addicted to internet.

  • They forget to identify their uniqueness, would instead believe in following the herd.

  • They would be known for their procrastination, they have little respect for time.

  • Average performers use victim-speak. Everything is “a mess” or “trouble” or “a problem”. But the words you use drive the energy you feel.
