We have our moods, the mood swings which the mind undergoes. People say, someone who recognizes them and master over – is a true ‘Sanyasi’.
Well, we are not – so now what? Let’s just go with the swing. Awareness is the key here, let’s observe our moods, our emotions – how are we feeling? This awareness helps us center – to be with the most relevant emotions – to make calm with the downhill journey and take it as a part of our lives. Let’s not think about the upcoming uphill phase or its timing and just stay there, patiently. You will see the change (but don’t expect it).
