A leader is not difficult to spot in the crowd.
She shows her leadership in an evident way, traits of which you can observe in every situation she is in and from early on. The latter part may or may not be true as leadership can be cultivated at a later stage as well.
So, how can you spot a leader amongst the crowd. I believe, 5 qualities would differentiate her from the rest:
1) She always leads from the front and sets an example for others to follow.
2) She is directly approachable and cares for those who follow her.
3) She would be the one who aims at creating leaders in her team. She would take the responsibility of the mistakes of her teammates on her but would reward them for their hard-work.
4) She is always alert and undisturbed by challenges, instead she would love to stretch herself beyond her comfort zone.
5) She is multidimensional, appreciates other point of views and also evaluates both sides of the situation before a decision.
