One of the most important lessons I have learned in my life is “coming in with a Point of View (PoV)”. Identifying problems is good but come up with solutions, alternatives or anything around why, how and what parts of the problems. The attitude itself causes us to see problems in a different light. Instead of going straight to our bosses and seniors with problems, we can take a pause, think around the causes of these problems and come up with possible approaches, solutions and options around solving the problems. Then present them to the decision makers. This will save a lot of time on the calendars of decision makers, make room for more stimulated discussions towards solving the problems in the most effective manner.

This will help you also come out as more intelligent, problem solver, go-getter and smart in front of your bosses. You may not always be right, and no one expects you to be!
