Some time back, I met a lady for a meeting. I was impressed with her style of communication. Her style reminded of some of the basics of good communication.
She talks concise, crisp and in short sentences.
She displayed good articulation of thoughts. The same thing which can be said in 3 sentences, she would say in just half a sentence – sign of an intelligent communicator.
She used to look straight in listener’s eyes and was unfazed by listener’s emotions.
Quite a lot to learn from the live display of some of the text book basics.
